Final reading was approved, June 22, 2010 in the RMWB council chambers. Surveyors are currently on site to determine the legal boundries to transfer the 91 acres to Abrams Development Corporation for site servicing.

1)Consultations Completed
a) Aboriginal Consultation.
b) Historical Impact Assessment.
c) Environmental Assessment.
d) Public Open House.
e) Site Massing and Operational Plans
f) Traffic Impact Assessment Complete
2) Nov 3, 2009 Province approves land sale to the RMWB.
3) Approval the Area Structure Plan and Rezoning recieved from RMWB.
4) Abrams & RMWB land transfers to be completed by Oct 30,2010.
5) Cost Optimization complete, RMWB Contract Letter and Fundign with the RMWB to go to council for approval Sept 14, 2010.
5) Engineering for detail site plans by CSM Engineering 90 % complete.
- includes, Utilities, Water, Sewer, Storm Water, Roads & grading.
6) Site Clearing and Grubbing to be completed complete Q 2,2011.
7) Site Grading and services installed and completed Q3, 2011
8) Unknown whether AHS will remain as a joint venture member in the developement of this land...gone out for tender without the Abrams land.

- PPC, Finalize strategies for growth & timeline for construction completion.
- PFC, Finalize stratagies for Fundraising
- BC, Consultation with the parishioner to incorporate needs assessment.
- BC, Determine the type of facilities required.
- BC, Establish cost & affordability.
- Determine what to build first - Rectory, Offices, Hall, Church.
- BC, Develop the project schedule and designs.
- PFC, Financial Approval from the Diocese of St. Paul for facilities.
